Mind, Meals & Movement Course

Are you stuck in a rut? Unsure of how to begin your weight loss journey or simply lacking motivation? Join me in this 3-hour small group course to get you unstuck and moving toward total wellness. Each one-hour session will focus on a different topic. 

Week 1: Train your MIND to picture success and positivity.

Week 2: Focus on MEALS, what you are eating versus what you should be eating, especially for your body type.

Week 3: Get your body MOVING in a variety of ways to increase calorie burn, change your body composition, boost your metabolism, and improve your joint health.

Mind-body Approach to Hormones after 40

Calling all ladies 40+ years old! This course is for you. Join myself and Sheila Leard, RD, for a 3-month course focused specifically on your body's needs as you progress toward and through menopause. Hormones are involved in SO many body processes. As you progress through different phases of life and the balance of hormones changes, you need to adjust what and how you eat, how you move your body, and keep your mind strong and connected with your body. This course offers bi-weekly educational meetings plus Q&A with experts Dr. Jenni and Sheila, bi-weekly discussion groups led by Dr. Jenni & Sheila, a private FB group for additional community support to women in the same phase of life, and discounts on individual and future group sessions.
